Paid memberships and payments are handled exclusively by SubscribeStar (Starcling, LLC), not by the Services. SubscribeStar’s own terms govern pledges, billing, and refunds: https://subscribestar.art/tos
2. Eligibility and Age
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if higher, to use the Services. By using the Services you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access for any account we have reason to believe is used by a minor.
The Hub may contain adult (NSFW) creative works. Do not access it if you are under 18, or if adult content is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
3. What the Services Are
Love Counter: a public character-voting site. Eligible users may cast a limited number of votes per period. Monthly results may inspire a short, SFW lore piece from the creator.
Hub: a convenience gallery and account area for people who already support the creator via SubscribeStar. Hub content mirrors material also published on SubscribeStar; the Hub is a secondary access point, not an exclusive off-platform benefit or a standalone subscription service. Access is granted solely based on your active SubscribeStar subscription, which you purchase and manage at https://subscribe.yeougui.com/. We use SubscribeStar’s read-only OAuth/API only to verify your subscriber status.
4. Accounts and Authentication
You may sign in using Discord and/or SubscribeStar OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your linked accounts. Do not share login credentials or active sessions. We may refuse, suspend, or permanently terminate access for abuse, fraud, Terms violations, or legal risk, without prior notice where urgency requires.
5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content
You must not:
- violate any applicable law, including copyright, privacy, or child-protection law;
- upload, link to, or request material depicting anyone under 18 in a sexual context, whether real or fictional, or where otherwise prohibited by law;
- harass, dox, threaten, or spam other users or the operator;
- circumvent access controls, conduct aggressive scraping, or attack the Services in any way;
- misrepresent your subscription status or share paid Hub access commercially;
- use the Services in a manner that violates the SubscribeStar Guidelines or their Terms, where your use is connected to SubscribeStar.
Violations may result in permanent access termination and, where the law requires, referral to competent authorities.
6. Content, IP, and Licences
All artwork, lore, and branding remain the property of the creator or their licensors. Your active subscription entitlement grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to view Hub content for the duration of that entitlement. This licence does not include any right to download, redistribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit the content. Scraping content for datasets or AI model training is explicitly prohibited.
Votes, likes, favourites, and tag suggestions you submit may be used to operate, display, and improve the Services, including publishing vote tallies and moderating content.
7. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation
We do not process payments on the Love Counter or the Hub. All pledges are processed by SubscribeStar. Withdrawal and refund rights relating to your pledge are governed by SubscribeStar’s terms, not ours.
For refund requests: refund@subscribestar.com. You may also email us at shop@yeougui.com and we will forward requests that are SubscribeStar’s responsibility.
Cancel anytime via your SubscribeStar account (Unsubscribe on SubscribeStar). Cancellation ends future billing per SubscribeStar’s rules; it does not create a separate refund right against the Hub operator.
8. Content Monitoring and Reporting
We review user reports and may remove Hub materials, restrict accounts, or cooperate with platforms and authorities when required. Monitoring is risk-based (user reports, automated signals, and spot checks); it is not a promise of continuous review of every file.

9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged or willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings. For payment disputes, you may use the ODR platform to contact SubscribeStar directly.
10. Availability and Changes
The Services are provided “as is” and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change accordingly. Continued use after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under EU, EEA, or UK consumer law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Services;
- our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services in any 12-month period is limited to EUR 50, or the amount you paid us directly in that period (typically EUR 0, since payments go to SubscribeStar), whichever is higher.

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold under the law of your habitual residence in the EU, EEA, or UK. Courts of Germany have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rights.
